General Information Department:

The intern will be working within the Global Product Safety & Warranty department

Product Safety and Product Compliance are the utmost importance to every organization and at Inalfa, we are obliged to ensure safety & conformity within our supply chain. Product safety has a very broad scope, and it starts right from the concept phase until end of use or until recycling the vehicles by the end users. Similarly, Warranty is also equally important due to its sheer costs and risks involved, especially if the reliability of the products are not taken care of. Warranty also has a very broad scope, and it starts right from the concept phase until end of warranty period of the delivered products, and as well the delivered service parts. The scope of product safety and warranty applies not just to Inalfa, but also extends to Inalfa’s suppliers and to Inalfa’s complete supply chain, with an end-to-end process control.

Your main tasks and responsibilities are:

• Create an efficient working method to better organize warranty claims data for easy retrieval and reporting.

• Design, set-up, and release of the warranty software for Global Inalfa Warranty Management

• Migrate excel based warranty management to the software-based warranty management

• Set up training manuals as part of the global deployment of the warranty management software

• Standardize warranty reporting templates capturing the key performance metrics to aid management of warranty spend and claims

What do we expect from you: 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in data science or related subjects.

• Ability to collect and synthesize large data into meaningful information

• Microsoft application skills like Excel and Powerpoint 

• Ability to create reports/ templates using Power BI tool would be good to have.

• Good communication skills in English.
